People Are Different

What if…

Every single morning…

There were only olives on the table?

Or just different types of cheese?

Would you get bored?

Of course, you would.

What makes breakfast rich is variety,

The differences, the options.

Just like people.

Some are more sensitive to images,

Some to sounds,

Some to smells.

We all have our differences.

And these differences,

They are our richness.

Not everyone is motivated by the same things.

Not everyone reacts the same way to the same situation.

Some people prefer minimal spaces.

At work, if everyone had the same traits, nothing would function properly.

So, where do our differences come from?

How can we recognize them?

How can we manage them?
